Welcome to Admissions at Sacred Heart

At Sacred Heart, inspired teaching, personalized learning and a supportive community combine to ensure our students excel academically and grow in goodness, self-knowledge and service to others throughout their elementary school years. As you spend time on our website getting to know us, you will quickly discover the many ways Sacred Heart stands out among the school choices available to your family.

Religion Formation

Catholic education at Sacred Heart offers the best and most complete way to bestow the gift of our faith on our children.

Weekly children's masses present the opportunity not only to participate in the sacrament of the Eucharist, but also to plan and participate in the liturgy. The interactive homilies bring the message of the Gospel to the children in ways that they can apply it to their own lives. The children also participate in prayerful experiences that are unique to our Catholic tradition such as the Living Rosary, where the children (each representing a bead) lead the Rosary and the Stations of the Cross.

Staff / Academics

The average tenure of the faculty at Sacred Heart is 15 years. Our staff continues to challenge our students to maximize their potential. Graduating students have a high success rate in passing entrance exams at private institutions such as Vincent Memorial Catholic High School. Many who attend public high school have tested into Advance Placement classes.

Student Activities

Extracurricular activities give our students important opportunities to develop leadership skills, practice sportsmanship and teamwork, and enjoy themselves. They also offer another opportunity to come together as a community. Our outstanding gymnasium offers the perfect setting for practices, games and a variety of other programs.
